Louis Hotels member of the Louis Group has introduced a new deluxe project in the Protaras area, the “Louis Althea Kalamies Villas” as from Summer 09. Althea Kalamies is a new luxury complex comprising of 18 three and four-bedroom villas with private pools along the sandy coast of Protaras. It is one of the latest creations of Pericles Liatsos designers in collaboration with Nic duysens.
Relaxation, nature, and water were key words in the concept behind this hotel design. Combining aesthetic pleasures with mesmerizing views of the infinite horizon, the villas are a signature of modern elegance and luxurious comfort. The design is light and ‘flowy’. The colour palette is a reflection of its surroundings – pure whites and beige, with turquoise highlights and natural materials like wood and copper. The presence of tree trunks and vine roots appearing in several corners of the villas are surprising elements which suggest the emersion of the exterior into the interior spaces. Summer is spread all over the interior giving to the project the desired equilibrium. Due to its unique character and comforts, Althea Kalamies is joining the prestigious design hotels of the world.
Three or four bedroom villas can cater 2-8 people. They have private overflow swimming pool with shower, private garden and parking. All villas are furnished with superior comfort and elegance and equipped with the latest technology electrical appliances. Additionally all villas include satellite TV, DVD player, safe deposit box, air-conditioning and outdoor shower in pool area. The Villas have also an electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron and iron board, hair dryer, telephone, bath robes and slippers.
